Your email and delivery address, the item you bought, and what you paid. That is the whole list. We keep it because a parcel needs an address and a refund needs a record.

Your card details. Payment happens on Stripe's own page, not ours — the number, expiry and security code never reach this server and we could not produce them if asked.

Two companies, both because the order cannot happen otherwise. Stripe takes the payment. Our supplier receives your name and address so it can put them on the parcel. Nobody else, and we do not sell or rent anything about you to anyone.

None. No advertising pixels, no analytics that follow you off this site, and no cookies beyond what the payment page needs to work.

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. If you want your email address removed from anything that is not a tax record, ask and we will do it.
